Usage Notes

  1. Paid Gems cannot be transferred or lent to third parties.

  2. Except as required by law, purchases of Paid Gems are non-refundable.

  3. If your account is suspended or deleted, or if you withdraw due to fraudulent activities or violations of the CommunityWars Terms of Service, Paid Gems will no longer be usable.

  4. Content purchased using Paid Gems within this application is considered provided upon purchase and does not constitute prepaid payment methods.

How to Check Unused Balance

After logging into the service, you can check your Paid Gems balance by the following method:

  1. Log in to the game from the "Title Screen."

  2. Select the plus button next to the "Gem Balance Display" at the top of the "Home Screen."

  3. The balance will be listed at the bottom of the displayed dialog.

Protection of Assets

  1. Purpose of Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Payment Services Act: As a system for the protection of holders of prepaid payment methods, the Payment Services Act requires issuers to secure assets by depositing with the Legal Affairs Bureau or similar institution an amount equal to at least half of the unused balance as of March 31 and September 30 each year.

  2. Content of Rights Provided in Article 31, Paragraph 1 of the Payment Services Act: In the unlikely event, holders of prepaid payment methods are entitled, under the provisions of Article 31 of the Payment Services Act, to receive repayment from the pre-secured deposit ahead of other creditors.

Policy on Compensation for Losses Due to Fraudulent Transactions

The Company assumes no responsibility for losses incurred by holders of prepaid payment methods due to unauthorized transactions (use of prepaid payment methods by an unauthorized third party against the will of the holder), except where the Company is responsible under the CommunityWars Terms of Service or laws. However, in cases where special circumstances are recognized by the Company, compensation may be provided at the Company's discretion.
