There is no upper limit on the amount of Paid Gems you can hold.
Paid Gems do not have an expiration date.

Paid Gems can be used within this application.
Paid Gems cannot be transferred or lent to third parties.
Except as required by law, purchases of Paid Gems are non-refundable.
If your account is suspended or deleted, or if you withdraw due to fraudulent activities or violations of the CommunityWars Terms of Service, Paid Gems will no longer be usable.
Content purchased using Paid Gems within this application is considered provided upon purchase and does not constitute prepaid payment methods.
After logging into the service, you can check your Paid Gems balance by the following method:
Log in to the game from the "Title Screen."
Select the plus button next to the "Gem Balance Display" at the top of the "Home Screen."
The balance will be listed at the bottom of the displayed dialog.

Purpose of Article 14, Paragraph 1 of the Payment Services Act: As a system for the protection of holders of prepaid payment methods, the Payment Services Act requires issuers to secure assets by depositing with the Legal Affairs Bureau or similar institution an amount equal to at least half of the unused balance as of March 31 and September 30 each year.
Content of Rights Provided in Article 31, Paragraph 1 of the Payment Services Act: In the unlikely event, holders of prepaid payment methods are entitled, under the provisions of Article 31 of the Payment Services Act, to receive repayment from the pre-secured deposit ahead of other creditors.
The Company assumes no responsibility for losses incurred by holders of prepaid payment methods due to unauthorized transactions (use of prepaid payment methods by an unauthorized third party against the will of the holder), except where the Company is responsible under the CommunityWars Terms of Service or laws. However, in cases where special circumstances are recognized by the Company, compensation may be provided at the Company's discretion.

●利用上の注意
(1)有償ジェムは第三者に対して譲渡や貸与等することはできません。
(2)法令に基づき払戻しが認められる場合を除き、ご購入後の払戻しはできません。
(3)不正行為などコミュニティウォーズ利用規約に違反し、アカウントが停止又は抹消された場合や退会した場合、有償ジェムは使用できなくなります。
(4)本アプリ内にて有償ジェムを使用して購入されたコンテンツは、購入されたことをもってサービスの提供がなされたものとして、前払式支払手段には該当しません。
●未使用残高の確認方法
本サービスにログイン後、以下の方法で、保有している有償ジェムの残高をご確認いただけます。
「タイトル画面」からゲームへログイン
「ホーム画面」の上部の「ジェム残量表示」隣のプラスボタンを選択
表示されるダイアログ内の下部にて残高を記載

●資産の保全について
(1)資金決済法第14条第1項の規定の趣旨
前払式支払手段の保有者の保護のための制度として、資金決済に関する法律の規定に基づき、前払式支払手段の毎年3月31日及び9月30日現在の未使用残高の半額以上の額の発行保証金を法務局等に供託等することにより資産保全が義務付けられています。
(2)資金決済法第31条第1項に規定する権利の内容
万が一の場合、前払式支払手段の保有者は、資金決済に関する法律第31条の規定に基づき、あらかじめ保全された発行保証金について、他の債権者に先立ち弁済を受けることができます。
●不正取引による損失の補償等に関する方針
当社は、前払式支払手段の不正取引（前払式支払手段の保有者の意思に反した、権限を有しない第三者の指図による前払式支払手段の利用のことをいいます）により、前払式支払手段の保有者に生じた損失について、コミュニティウォーズ利用規約又は法令に基づき当社が責任を負う場合を除き、一切の責任を負わないものとします。ただし、特別な事情があると当社が認める場合には、当社の判断により補償を行うことがあります。
